Outer Limit is about connecting people through art. We believe the path to peace is paved with empathy, and the best way to cultivate empathy is by way of authentic self-expression. We want to be the mirrors in which others can see themselves. Therefore, we have formed Outer Limit to be a community that will help facilitate this expression in any and all ways that we are able.
